Help Desk Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30AM-4PM
Friday: 7:30AM-3:30PM
Current IT Procedures:
Before coming to the help desk for a problem or repair, students should first send an email to ihelp@saintjoehigh.com to initiate the service process. The IT support staff will then provide troubleshooting instructions and instruct you when to come by the help desk, if necessary. You can still come directly to the desk to pick up printing.
