Technology
Saint Joseph High School is a 1:1 school, meaning that each student receives their own MacBook Air laptop.
The iHelp Desk is the main walk-up technology support location for students and staff at Saint Joe High School and serves as the hub for the school’s technology services. Parents, students, and staff can receive timely, in-person help with questions or issues related to school-issued devices. The Technology Director and Lead Technician work out of the iHelp Desk, allowing concerns to be addressed quickly and directly. The purpose of the iHelp Desk is to keep technology running smoothly so classroom instruction remains the priority and students stay focused on learning.
i-Help Desk
Students in need of technological support can visit the iHelp Desk during school hours. Located on the second floor across from the Business Office, the iHelp Desk is a one-stop shop for printing needs, laptop issues, network problems, and general technological needs. The iHelp Desk can also be reached during business hours by email at ihelp@saintjoehigh.com.
